Dr. Ruff
Dr. Ruff is a native of Atlanta,
Georgia and a graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry. He
completed a residency in Periodontics at Walter Reed Army Hospital and
Tripler General Hospital. Since opening his practice in Fayetteville in
1981, he has served our
community as President of the Greater Fayetteville Dental Society, past Vice-President
and member of the Board of Trustees of the NC Dental Society, and President of the Fourth District
Dental Society.
Dr. Ruff is a Member of the American
Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the NC
Society of Periodontists, and the American Academy of Implant
Dentistry. He is also an active CPR instructor with the American
Red Cross providing CPR certification for dental office personnel.
Dr. Ruff has also completed over 2,000 hours in advanced training beyond
his post-specialty degree in advanced periodontal surgical techniques as
well as implant treatment in order to provide the latest techniques in
Periodontics and implant therapy. Dr. Ruff has taken the Advanced
Cardiac Life Support Training.
